Cadbury’s Museum Of Wonder & Joy!

Last week the lovely people of Plato Communications invited us to be part of the Cadbury’s Dairy Milk Bubbly’s Museum of Joy & Wonder at a cosy intimate Sally Mustang.

The museum of Joy and wonder’s objective was to reveal and celebrate the new relationship Cadbury has created. A new wonder of Oreo married with the joy of Dairy Milk Bubbly. Yum!

To unwrap this mystery, the Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly team asked some of South Africa’s favourite celebrities to share their stories showcased in the Museum of Joy and Wonder to celebrate the launch of the NEW Cadbury Dairy Milk Bubbly Oreo!

This museum of joy was a one night only pop-up gallery reveal with authentic stories from PJ Powers, Nomuzi Mabena, Louise Carver, Martin Rocka, Anele Mdoda, Sophie Ndaba, ProVerb, Danny K, Derek Watts and Jeremy Mansfield.

Hosted by the incredible Anele Mdoda.

Here are some snippets of the gallery;

Danny K, shared his experience of being invited to the Oprah Winfrey show for Oprah’s 50th birthday.

Nomuzi Mabena, For the love of fashion, not being afraid to stand out with whatever feels comfortable.

Sophie Ndaba, how she values her Mom’s bracelet and necklace as she used wear them at every audition… not forgetting the Bible.

ProVerb, in 2015 won the hustler of the year award at the S.A. Hip Hop Awards. He shares on what the award means to him.

Martin Rocka, speaks of selling his guitar due to cicumstances to later buying it again.

Jeremy Mansfield, speaks of his love for his teacher Mr Meintjies whom was a motivation and Prieska, the T-shirt. (Not actual Tee).

Louise Carver and her “little black book” she carried with as she was on a hunt for a record label.

Derek Watts speaks of his mountain climbing.

Anele Mdoda shares her very first demo for radio.

And lastly, definitely not the least PJ Powers unexpectedly received a letter from Nelson Mandela.

It was a nice fun event.

PJ Powers aka Thandeka showed us why she was one of the best singers in Mzansi by singing a classic that took us way back.

Chilled vibes!

Live music.

More Cadbury wonders.

Beautiful people.

On our way out we caught actress Sophie Ndaba.

The letter to PJ Powers from Madiba.

A night of fun joy and wonder.
